A structured 12-month professional residency designed for high-potential graduates. This is not just a job; it is a curriculum-based immersion into pharmaceutical operations, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.

Rotational learning across 4 key departments.

Phase 2: Specialization
Placement in primary department with senior mentorship.

Lead a process improvement project.
Eligibility Criteria
- BSc. Pharmacy / Chemistry (Graduated < 2 years)
- Registered with PPB (or eligible for registration)
- Minimum Upper Second Class Honors
